 Important Admissions Reminders    
(Review Registration Guidelines for complete information.)
 

 December 1
START: Applications for Enrollment for any student may be submitted to BRLS.   If you submit the online application, you will be able to submit a scanned copy of the birth certificate, as well as other documents.  If you submit a printed application, you must submit a copy of the prospective student’s birth certificate. (Additional forms and documentation are due as soon as possible, but are not required at time of application submission.) 

 
December 1-December 31
LIMITED: New student applications submitted must be accompanied by a $50 (per child) payment.  (Payment may be made online, in person at the school office, or mailed directly to the school.
 
 

December 1-15
LIMITED: Priority Admission Period initiated. (Currently enrolled BRLS students may reserve space. Current BRLS students’ siblings, current TLCDC students and children of Trinity Lutheran Church members may submit Applications for Enrollment for priority processing.) 

 
December 16-
ONGOING: Applications for Enrollment (from the general community) processed until classes fill. (Notification made if class space unavailable.)
 
 

January 3-
Family Interviews scheduled with school principal.

 
January 31-

START: New student applications must include at least 50% of Registration Fee (instead of $50 payment.)   A $20.00 Admissions Processing Fee must be added to the published, applicable Registration Fee.  Family interviews scheduled (with SMART forms completed within 10 days after student's acceptance.)

 
March-

Tuition Assistance information available and provided to interested families.  (Early submissions of application for admissions and application for assistance strongly encouraged!)

ONGOING:  Family interviews scheduled with school principal.
 
 
April-
ONGOING:  Family interviews scheduled with school principal.
 
 

May-
If a family is participating in the 12-month tuition payment plan, the first tuition payment will be due.
 
ONGOING:  Family interviews scheduled with school principal.

 
June-
DEADLINE:  Registration Fee (balance in-full) due for all applicants.
ONGOING:  Family interviews scheduled with school principal.
 
 

July-
If a family is participating in the 10-month tuition payment plan, the first tuition payment will be due.

Registration of new students continues as long as there are openings for students in a grade level.  Waiting Lists are established as soon as a grade level fills -- and any openings are offered to students in the order their applications were received.
