Revelation Sermon Series–Week 5 Preview

Now in the throne room, there is a seven sealed scroll that contains a prophetic word, hidden up until this point, regarding the events that must soon happen (Rev. 1:1–3). The problem is, there is no one in heaven or on earth who is worthy to open the scroll and look inside, except, Jesus. Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection proved that He alone is the worthy One. He alone can take judgment into His hands and deal with it. This becomes obvious as the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fall down and worship Him—Jesus is God.
